Kingswood, Colomendy

16+ pupils have the chance to visit Kingswood, Colomendy in spring. The trip to includes accommodation, travel, all meals at Colomendy and access to a series of adventure activities- run by the Kingswood staff and supported by us - eg Climbing, bouldering, walks, swimming, problem solving challenges and much more.

Calvert Trust

School groups have also used the self catering facility provided to us by the Calvert Trust in Keswick. At present 16+ have the opportunity to spend a week at the Lake District site. There is room for up to 10 students with 4 staff. During their stay students help with the catering and cleaning and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities e.g walks, boat trips, visiting Whinlatter Centre and other local landmarks. The nearby leisure pool is a popular venue.
