The Semi Formal curriculum is topic led with a topic lasting for a whole term across all subjects and learning opportunities. These learners access some National Curriculum areas with self help skills and personal development being key areas. Core subjects are delivered alongside communication, independence, arts, sensory input and Thrive intervention. A strong focus is placed on play based activities to strengthen and develop learning across all areas.
